If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept your return for store credit only or for an exchange of the same product (different size | color), within 14 days of the original purchase date for in-store purchases, or your online delivery date for online orders.
We do not refund original payment methods. In order to have an exchange processed, proof of purchase is required.
All items returned | exchanged must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
If processing a return that requires shipping the item back to us, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. We do not refund original shipping fees.

All labeled final sale or clearance items sold in-store or online, are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or exchanges.

Any specialized custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift card purchases are final sale.
SC Candle club
All on-going subscriptions are non-refundable and are not eligible for an exchange. On-going memberships must be cancelled prior to monthly payment date, or order will be processed for that month. One-time membership purchases are non-refundable.
